Registration opens: March 1st, 2024

Join us again for a wellness walk where we can focus on our mental health, physical health, and social connection. The walk begins at the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center at 825 Depot Ave. West and there are two routes.

The route will take us along the upper gorge trail, looping at the Aquarium of Niagara and back to the Niagara Falls Underground Heritage Center.

This walk is meant to invite the community to:

• Be restored a place of mindfulness
• Connected to each other and the environment; and
• Re-engage the opportunity to invest in a healthier lifestyle to create a more vibrant community!

Walk With Us was created in 2021, designed to raise awareness about suicide prevention and the importance of mental health within our community.  Whether walking, biking, jogging, using an assisted mobility device, or pushing a stroller we promote accessibility for all.
